Δεν υπάρχει χρέωση για ακυρώσεις 14 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης. Ακύρωση μέσα σε 14 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη θα έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την χρέωση του 50% του συνολικού κόστους. Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης θα έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την χρέωση του 100% του συνολικού κόστους.

Ecoxenia studios are located in Santorini one km (half a mile) from the village of Oia, among the vineyards above the coast (100m). From your private balcony you can enjoy the ocean view, Oia's famous sunset and the beauty of Ios, Sikinos and Folegardros islands in its fading line. You can easily reach down the two beaches, Paradissos and Coloumbos and enjoy the tasty Mediterranean cuisine from the traditional tavernas for the area. Oia Santorini: Oia, pronounced ‘Ia’, is the most famous of all villages of Santorini. It is known throughout the world for its quiet life and fantastic sunset, and is certainly the most beautiful and picturesque village of Santorini. The village is also situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers a spectacular view over the volcano of Palia and Nea Kameni and the island of Thirassia. Oia is situated on the north of the island, 11 km away from Fira. It is a traditional village with charming houses in narrow streets, blue domed churches, and sun-bathed verandas. Its streets have plenty of tourist shops, taverns, cafés, and other shops. Oia has several cultural attractions like the Maritime Museum which houses a small library, items from the maritime life of the area, and the vestiges of a Venetian fortress. Many artists fell in love with the area and settled there. For that reason, the village of Oia has many art galleries. Oia also has a small port, Ammoudi, which can be reached by a set of 300 steps leading down. There, small boats can take you opposite, to the island of Thirassia. The beach of Armenis is also located there. Taverns in Oia offer visitors tasty meals of fresh fish. Baxedes beach: 2 klm far from Oia and 700m from Ecoxenia at the North-east, it is ideal for those liking to avoid big crowds. Sandy with black sand and shade.

The directions to get to Ecoxenia are as follows: A) By mini-bus (Transfer). We can arrange for you a minibus to be at the port/airport at your arrival time (a driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name). The mini bus transfer costs 35 Euros FOR up to 3 persons (from 07.50 am to 23.55) and 45 Euros from (24.00 to 07.45). For each extra person the price is 7 Euros per person. Please have in mind that the transfer is paid directly to the driver. B) By rental car. We can arrange for you a rental car (to pick it up/deliver it, at the port/airport without extra charges - somebody from the car rental will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name). For a (gear - driven) car the cost is 30-50 Euros per day (24 hours), including taxes, unlimited kilometers and third party insurance. C)By bus. From the port/airport 1st bus direction Fira – terminal (tickets at the bus - price 2,30 Euros) and from Fira 2nd bus to Oia – terminal (tickets at the bus - price 1,80 Euros).
